Cast Net Making

During Term 2 we began our cast net program in conjunction with Mackay Regional Council. This program is run by Uncle Doug and Uncle Huey and students are learning how to make cast nets to be able to use them to go fishing. Once the cast nets are complete students will then head to the beach to learn the technique they need to be able to catch a feed with their new cast nets.
